Alan also held a number of senior HR and Business Integration roles over a 15-year career at PepsiCo, culminating with an assignment as Senior Vice President, Human Resources, for the rapidly growing Quaker, Tropicana and Gatorade divisions.

He graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a bachelor’s degree in economics and a master’s degree in industrial and labor relations.
