Mr. Robbiati is an active member of the National Association of Corporate Directors and qualifies as an Audit Committee Financial Expert.

Earlier in his career as an award winning analyst for Lehman Brothers, Mr. Robbiati made his mark on both the growth and value side in telecom, new media, internet, cybersecurity, and related M&A. He began his career as an R&D Engineer for Schlumberger in France.
