Lance Tucker was the chief executive officer of Jack in the Box Inc. from 2025 to 2026. He gained the position on March 31, 2025, succeeding Darin Harris.

Tucker graduated with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Transylvania University in Lexington, Kentucky.

Tucker began his career as a senior accountant for Ernst & Young, LLC before joining Papa John's in 1994. There, he served as the company's CFO and Chief Administrative Officer from 2009 to 2018.

Tucker joined Jack in the Box in 2018 as Chief Financial Officer, a role he served until 2020. He then joined CKE Restaurants as CFO. In 2021, he was named CFO for Davidson Hospitality Group.

Tucker returned to Jack in the Box as CFO in January 2025. Following the resignation of CEO Darin Harris in February 2025, Tucker was appointed as interim principal executive officer. The role became permanent on March 31, 2025.
