Kenneth L. Bedingfield is corporate vice president and chief financial officer for Northrop Grumman Corporation, a leader in global security. Bedingfield is responsible for the company’s overall business management function and activities including the controller; treasury; contracts and pricing; financial planning; mergers and acquisitions; tax; internal audit; investor relations; trust administration and investments; global supply chain and the business management organizations within the operating sectors of the company. Bedingfield joined Northrop Grumman in 2011 and was most recently vice president, Finance in the corporate office, before assuming his position as CFO. Previously, he served as vice president, Business Management and chief financial officer for the Aerospace Systems sector. He is a certified public accountant and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of the University of Maryland College Park Foundation.
