From May 2017 to March 2019, Ms. Robeson served as a member of the Board of Directors and Audit Committee Chair of AMGP GP LLC, the general partner of Antero Midstream GP LP, (“AMGP”). Ms. Robeson previously served as a member of the Board of Directors of Antero Midstream Corporation (NYSE: AM) as of March 2019 as a result of the merger completed by AMGP until June 2022, and during her tenure on the Antero Midstream board she served as Audit Committee Chair and as a member of the Nominating and Governance Committee and as a member of the Conflicts Committee. From June 2014 until June 2016, Ms. Robeson served as a director of American Midstream GP, LLC, the general partner of American Midstream Partners, LP, a publicly traded limited partnership. Ms. Robeson served as a director of Tesco Corporation from October 2015 until its acquisition by Nabors Industries Ltd. in December 2017.
