Ms. Sharir has served on the board of directors of Frutarom Industries Inc. from 2013 to 2018 and the board of directors of Gilat Satellite Networks since 2016. From 2012 to 2015, she served on the board of directors of Ormat Industries Inc., which was merged into Ormat Systems Ltd. in February 2015. Since 2005, Ms. Sharir has served as a consultant, providing mergers and acquisitions advisory services, including with respect to due diligence, structuring and negotiation, to public and private companies around the world.
