David Granot, has been a member of our Board since May 2012. Mr. Granot has served as the Temporary Acting Chairman of Bezeq Israeli Telecommunication Co. Ltd. since July 2017 to May 2018 and as a board member there since. From 2001 through 2007, Mr. Granot served as the Chief Executive Officer of the First International Bank of Israel Ltd. He also serves on the board of directors of non-United States public companies Sonol Ltd., Tempo Beverages Ltd. and Clal Insurance Enterprises Holdings Ltd. Mr. Granot serves also as the Chairman of MALRAN Ltd. and of the investments committee of the Tel Aviv University. During the past five years, Mr. Granot served as a member of the board of directors of the following non-U.S. public and private companies, for which he no longer serves as a director: Alrov (Israel) Ltd, Geregu Power Plc, Harel Insurance, Investment and Finance Ltd. The Energy Storage segment offers battery energy storage systems and related services. Ormat Technologies, Inc. was founded in 1965 and is headquartered in Reno, Nevada.
