Mr. Gordon is a special advisor to the board of directors of Amazon.com, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMZN) and was previously a member of its board of directors from 2003 until January 2018. He was also a founding director at ngmoco, LLC (acquired by DeNA Co. Ltd. In 2010) and Audible, Inc. (acquired by Amazon.com, Inc. in 2008). Mr. Gordon was awarded the Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences’ Lifetime Achievement Award in 2011 and held the game industry’s first ever endowed chair in game design, at the University of Southern California School of Cinematic Arts.
