Michael Nahass is the president, CEO, COO, treasurer, secretary, and director of Terra Tech Corp., a medical and adult-use cannabis company.

Nahass has been with Terra Tech in various roles since its founding in 2010. He played a key role in designing and launching the operations of the company, and he is active in Terra Tech’s daily management. Most recently, Nahass was selected to replace Matthew Morgan as CEO in 2020.

Prior to entering the marijuana industry, Nahass was the managing director of Arque Capital, Ltd., a financial planning services company between 2010-2015. He also was the managing director and COO of NMS Capital Asset Management, Inc., where he was the primary manager of the NMS Platinum Funds starting in 2009.

Beginning in 1997, Nahass gained a majority of his investing and management experience with Morgan Stanley Smith Barney where he oversaw 200 advisors with over $20 billion of assets under management as senior vice president and complex manager.

Nahass earned his Bachelor of Science in business administration from Fairleigh Dickenson University. He also holds various licenses including NASD Series 3, Series 7, Series 8, Series 31, and Series 65.
