Jon Caldwell is Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer of Valvoline Inc. where he is responsible for the strategic direction of all aspects of the company’s people strategy, corporate communications, and project management. His efforts ensure Valvoline has the organizational culture and talent management programs in place to attract, develop, and retain a corporate and retail workforce of more than 10,000 people.
