Executive Vice President Craig T. Beazer is the general counsel for Lincoln Financial. He oversees all activities for the legal, compliance, government relations and corporate secretary functions of the company, and provides strategic counsel to the CEO, senior management team and board of directors. He reports to Ellen Cooper, president and CEO, and sits on the company's Senior Management committee, which drives the company's long-term strategy.

Before joining Lincoln, Craig worked for Cleveland-based KeyBank, where he served as executive vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary. Prior to that, he held leadership roles at major financial services companies, including The Bank of New York Mellon, Bank of America Corp., and General Electric Capital Corporation.
