Hutch Robbins serves as Telos’ executive vice president and general counsel, and oversees all legal matters, including corporate governance, risk mitigation, intellectual property, litigation and dispute resolution, contract enforcement, and legal compliance. Over a three-decade career, he has earned a reputation as a skilled lawyer with deep experience across a wide range of issues.

Prior to joining Telos in 2022, Hutch was a principal of Miles & Stockbridge P.C. in Baltimore, Md., where he led the firm’s commercial and business litigation practice group for ten years.

Hutch is on the advisory board of the Maryland Volunteer Lawyers Service, is a trustee of Baltimore Center Stage, and is on the board of Start the Adventure in Reading - Annapolis.

He earned his juris doctor degree, with honors, from Duke University, and his undergraduate degree, with honors, from Trinity College.
