Mark Bendza is executive vice president and chief financial officer. He has over 25 years of experience in strategic planning, risk management, financial planning and analysis, financial strategy and operations, mergers and acquisitions, investor relations, tax, and capital markets.

Prior to joining Telos in 2021, Mark held positions of increasing responsibility in finance and business management with global companies Honeywell and Northrop Grumman, and mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and credit roles with major investment banks globally.

He currently serves as an independent director of Modine Manufacturing Company.
