Incorporated, a securities and investment firm, from 1991 to 1995, and served on the board of directors of Morgan Stanley from 1992 to 1995. Mr. Matschullat is a member of the board of directors of The Clorox Company. Mr. Matschullat holds a B.A. in Sociology from Stanford University and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
