John Murabito has served as Executive Vice President of Cigna since joining the company in 2003. In his role as Chief Administrative Officer, he has oversight of Human Resources, Enterprise Marketing, Security and Aviation, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Civic Affairs, and the Cigna Foundation, of which he is the president. He is a Director and chairs the human resources committee of Winnebago Industries, and is Chair of the Board and a Fellow of the National Academy of Human Resources. He is active in various civic and community organizations in the Philadelphia area.

Murabito holds a bachelor’s degree from Augustana College in Illinois where he also serves as Chair of the Board of Trustees. He received his master’s degree from the University of Iowa.
